Welcome to Palisades Construction, where we make your construction ideas a reality. With over 21 years of experience in the industry, Eric and his team have the expertise and knowledge to handle any construction project, big or small.
Our services include new home construction, small to extensive remodels, insurance claim/damage repairs, and commercial buildings. We stand out in the industry by putting our customer's needs first, with attentive communication and a keen attention to detail. Our extensive background in the building industry ensures that every project we undertake is completed with the highest level of quality.
Over the years, we have faced numerous hurdles in the industry, but we have always overcome them with constant communication with our clients, suppliers, and trade contractors. We keep our clients informed of industry concerns and work closely with our suppliers and trade contractors to overcome any foreseen delays.

We stay current with industry publications and seminars and surround ourselves with other talented suppliers and designers to ensure that we always provide our clients with the latest and greatest construction techniques and technologies.

"We contracted with Palisades Construction in 2021 to complete a remodel of a home we purchased in Bella Vista. The entire inside was gutted and repainted, a wall was removed, bathrooms and kitchen redone. Eric, owner of Palisades Construction, ensured that the contractors completed their work to the highest of standards and when something wasn't completed to our expectation, Eric made sure it was redone. With supply chain issues and difficulty getting labor to complete work, Eric pushed hard to get everything done by the projected completion date.
